MISTY BELVIDERE takes the issue of your privacy seriously. Any credit card, billing, and/or shipping information is strictly only used to fulfill, process, and ship the items and services you purchase through this website. We do not share your credit card, shipping, or billing information with anyone else.
SHIPPING
Check your address, if you used PayPal and its incorrect please contact us ASAP (within 24 hours). We will do our best to make sure it gets to you safely and as soon as possible! We will post to anywhere in the world but please contact us for a quote first.
Postage within Australia usually takes 3-5 working days after leaving the studio.
Expedited shipping and Registered Post is available (nationally and internationally) for an additional fee.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
No returns on items unless faulty or not as described at time of purchase.
All returns/exchanges must be in the condition in which you received them (so no cutting off labels 'yo!)
Any exchanges must be known to MISTY BELVIDERE within 10 days of receiving your order, please notify us ([email protected]) immediately - clothing can only be exchanged for another size, if available. There may be a re-postage fee incurred within Australia, and varies Internationally.
We also have free pickup if you live in Adelaide Melbourne as our MISTY BELVIDERE studio is located in Brunswick, Vic. Welcome to the neighbourhood!
